Welcome to Element Salon and Day Spa. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Scheduling
We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure preferred dates and times. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Guests may book via phone, in person, through our website, or our app.
To protect the time and availability of our service providers, certain appointments may require a deposit or full pre-payment at the time of booking. This applies especially to longer or specialty services, high-demand providers, and certain new guest appointments. Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled outside of our required notice window (typically 24–48 hours, depending on the service). Pre-payments for services follow the same policy.
2. Arrival Time
To enjoy the full Element experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate our next scheduled guest. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. These fees help us protect our team’s time and compensate for missed appointments.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a fee, not to exceed 50% of the estimated total.
No-shows will be charged a fee, not to exceed 100% of the estimated total.
4. Satisfaction Promise
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us—and while it's rare, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed. If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, we ask that you let us know within 7 days so we can work together on a thoughtful solution. While we do not offer refunds, we’re committed to making it right with care, professionalism, and a focus on your experience.
5. Service Pricing
All services are priced within a customizable menu and listed as starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, stylist tier level, or added enhancements, as well as nail design or service enhancements. Consultations are encouraged to receive a custom quote.
Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. If you’d like to leave a tip for your service provider, you’re welcome to do so in cash or by adding it to a credit or debit card payment at checkout. Please note that gratuities cannot be paid using gift cards at this time. If you’re unsure of the best way to show your appreciation, our front desk team is happy to assist. Thank you for supporting our team and the work they love to do!
6. Enhancements & Add-Ons
To personalize your experience, we offer a variety of optional service enhancements—such as hot stone upgrades, nail artistry, or intensive treatments. These can be added at the time of booking or during your visit, based on availability.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used toward most services and retail purchases, and never expire. They are treated like cash and must be presented at the time of redemption.
Please note that gratuity cannot be paid using a gift card and must be provided separately, either in cash or via a card on file. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced, so please keep them in a safe place.
8. Product Return & Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges only—within 30 days of purchase—for items of equal or greater value. Products must be lightly used or unopened, with proof of purchase. Refunds are not available. Makeup, brushes, and discontinued items are final sale.
9. Bridal & Group Bookings
All bridal and group bookings (up to 10 guests) must be requested via email and include detailed information. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure group reservations. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to loss of deposit.
10. Green Circle Salon Policy
As a Green Circle Certified Salon, we are committed to sustainable beauty. A small environmental fee will appear on each service to support our shared priority of eco-conscious recycling and waste-reduction programs.
11. Privacy Policy
Element Salon and Day Spa respects your privacy. Personal information collected is used only for appointment management, internal communication, and occasional promotions (with consent). We never sell or share your information with third parties.
We love capturing and sharing moments that celebrate the beauty, talent, and connection within our space. We only use images of guests or team members on our website, social media, and promotional materials with proper consent—either written or clearly communicated at the time the photo is taken.
If at any time you wish to have a photo removed or prefer not to be photographed during your visit, just let us know. We fully respect your privacy and are happy to honor your request—no questions asked. Your comfort, both in person and online, is always a priority.
12. Health & Safety
For the safety of all guests and staff:
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions prior to your appointment.
Children are welcome by appointment only or must be supervised at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or behaving inappropriately.
13. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and may be used for services or retail purchases. They cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless stated.
14. Liability Disclaimer
By booking services, guests release Element Salon and Day Spa and its employees from liability for any unintended outcomes, reactions, or sensitivities related to treatments or products used. A consultation is offered prior to every service to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
