Massages.

    A customized massage experience, based on Aveda’s Element Nature philosophy. These sessions aim to meet your muscles and mind where you are, and create a space of renewal through modalities such as Swedish massage, acupressure, fascial release and many others. Your therapist will work with you to discover the perfect pressure and techniques during your included consultation - the options are limitless with our add-ons!

    Deep Tissue | $25
    Incorporate deep muscle tension relief in to your session - your therapist will intentionally target specific muscles through trigger point therapy, stretching and other deep tissue modalities. 

    Manual Lymphatic Treatment | $20
    Include a 20 minute light manipulation of your lymphatic system to your session- recommended once or twice a year to boost immunity, aide in circulation, and increase the flow of lymph. 

    Gliding Cup Therapy | $15
    A perfect add-on to warm up the soft tissues allowing for your therapist to then apply massage into the muscles.

    Heat Therapy | $15
    Add the benefits of warm stones for deep relaxation of the muscles, you can expect your tension to melt away.

    Reflexology Foot Treatment | $10
    For anyone, at any time - a ten minute dedication to the treatment of your feet with the added benefits of reflexology on your whole body system.

    Enjoy a cooling Gua Sha treatment designed to lift and increase circulation in your face.

    Spend your time undivided on one or two areas of held stress and muscle tension. Techniques include deep tissue modalities such as, acupressure, assisted stretching, INIT and more intended to move your muscles into restoration.

    A 60 or 90-minute massage specially designed for expecting mothers in their second or third trimester to relieve the stress and discomforts that often accompany pregnancy.

This service is great for every season to help even out the luster of the skin and help boost the body's natural cellular turnover. Followed by a steamed shower and lotion application.

    This 60-minute treatment is performed by a licensed Esthetician, and begins with a foot bath, consultation, and Aveda aroma sensory journey. The skin on the face and décolleté is cleansed, massage, and hydrated. Then, a light relaxing massage on the feet, hands, back, and scalp is performed.

  • At Element, we offer à la carte pricing to give you flexibility in choosing the services that best fit your needs. Our team works within a tiered pricing system, with rates that reflect each stylist or provider’s experience, advanced training, and demand. Whether you're booking with a rising artist or a seasoned expert, you can expect the same warm hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to quality—we’re proud to offer exceptional service at every level.

  • To ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled service. If you arrive late, your service time may need to be adjusted accordingly. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their appointment time may be asked to reschedule, so that we can continue to honor the time and care we dedicate to each guest’s visit.

  • We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we always try to be flexible, late cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our team and small business. To support the time and preparation that goes into each appointment, a credit card is required when booking.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% fee of the reserved service total will be charged.

    We genuinely appreciate when you let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another guest and support the livelihood of our service providers.

    If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% fee of the scheduled service(s) will apply. This allows us to protect our service providers’ time and honor other guests waiting for openings.

    As a courtesy, you’ll receive a confirmation text, call, and/or email 48 hours before your visit, and you're always welcome to manage your appointments through our personalized app—available in all App Stores.

  • If something isn’t quite the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase for another product of equal or greater value.

    To be eligible for exchange, products must be gently used or unopened and in their original packaging. Exchanges are accepted in-store only and must be accompanied by the emailed receipt.

    Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, and we do not accept returns on makeup, brushes, or discontinued items. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to guide you toward a product that better suits your needs!

  • Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us—and while it's rare, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed. If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, we ask that you let us know within 7 days so we can work together on a thoughtful solution. While we do not offer refunds, we’re committed to making it right with care, professionalism, and a focus on your experience.
