Are haircuts included in hair coloring appointments?

Not automatically—haircuts must be booked separately in advance if you'd like both.

Can I add nail art to my manicure?

Certainly! Nail art is an add-on—please include it in your booking to ensure your artist is prepared.

Are enhancements, such as hot stones, available for massages?

Yes, we offer spa upgrades and add-ons. Feel free to explore and elevate your service at booking or during your visit.

How do I book an appointment?

Book by phone, in person, via our website, or through our app—with a valid credit card required to reserve your spot.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24–48 hours' notice depending on the service. Cancellations under that window may incur up to a 50% fee; no-shows may result in a full fee.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Aim to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

Why do prices vary?

Each stylist has their own pricing tier based on experience and training. We quote base prices, but final pricing depends on your hair length, density, and enhancements.

What is your return/exchange policy for products?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for items of equal or greater value if lightly used or unopened (with proof of purchase). Makeup, brushes, and discontinued items are final sale.
