Elevate your spa or nail service with personalized add-ons like nail artistry, heat stone therapy, eye treatments, or extended massage. These thoughtful enhancements are designed to turn a great service into a truly luxurious moment—because you deserve more than just the basics.
Color Consultations
We highly recommend new color guests begin with a color consultation with their chosen Artist. This allows us to understand your vision, ensure the correct service(s) is scheduled, and reserve the appropriate amount of time to achieve your dream hair.
Elevate their care & reward your own!
We make it easy for our guests to refer their friends to their favorite providers!
How it Works:
You access your personalized referral link via our profile online or in our mobile app, then copy & send the link to your people.
Your friend books with us within 6 weeks & gets a $10 reward, when they use that link!
You get rewarded too! After their first appointment, you’ll receive a $10 gift card.

At Element, we offer à la carte pricing to give you flexibility in choosing the services that best fit your needs. Our team works within a tiered pricing system, with rates that reflect each stylist or provider’s experience, advanced training, and demand. Whether you're booking with a rising artist or a seasoned expert, you can expect the same warm hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to quality—we’re proud to offer exceptional service at every level.

To ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled service. If you arrive late, your service time may need to be adjusted accordingly. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their appointment time may be asked to reschedule, so that we can continue to honor the time and care we dedicate to each guest’s visit.

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we always try to be flexible, late cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our team and small business. To support the time and preparation that goes into each appointment, a credit card is required when booking.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% fee of the reserved service total will be charged.
We genuinely appreciate when you let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another guest and support the livelihood of our service providers.
If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% fee of the scheduled service(s) will apply. This allows us to protect our service providers’ time and honor other guests waiting for openings.
As a courtesy, you’ll receive a confirmation text, call, and/or email 48 hours before your visit, and you're always welcome to manage your appointments through our personalized app—available in all App Stores.

If something isn’t quite the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase for another product of equal or greater value.
To be eligible for exchange, products must be gently used or unopened and in their original packaging. Exchanges are accepted in-store only and must be accompanied by the emailed receipt.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, and we do not accept returns on makeup, brushes, or discontinued items. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to guide you toward a product that better suits your needs!
