Includes up to 1" of root coverage. More than 1" will be charged for an all over color. Retouch includes 20g of Aveda color. Extra bowls are additional cost.

This includes up to 20 foils on the top half of the hair. Service includes 15g of lightener. Extra bowls are additional cost.
Partial Highlight

We always ask for a toner to be added to your highlight service. This can enhance brightness, neutralize brassiness, and create your perfect finish—whether you’re after cool, sun-kissed, or rich tones to your blonde.

I’ve worn extensions before or have them in now, do I still need a consultation to start?
Yes, if it will be your first time at Element for hair extensions you’ll need a consultation with the artist you’ve chosen.
How long can I expect my extensions to last?
With proper care, Bellami™ Professional extensions can last anywhere from 3 to 12 months, depending on maintenance routines both in the salon and at home.
What will my salon visits look like?
Quick Move-Up: Typically ~30–60 minutes, to reposition beads or tapes, clean extensions, and maintain scalp health. Needed roughly every 4-6 weeks (excludes K-Tips).
Full Move-Up / Reinstall: After a few cycles, the foundation becomes worn—this requires removing and reinstalling rows or tapes entirely. As needed. K-Tips are not reusable, and will always require a new installation.
Consultation & Care Guidance: Stylists will evaluate hair health, shed removal, and ensure alignment with your look and lifestyle.

Brushing
A boar bristle brush is recommended. While holding your hair in a ponytail, brush from ends to roots.
Brush each night & secure in a loose braid. DO NOT sleep with wet hair!
Washing
Use only professional grade, paraben/sulfate free washing and styling products.
Brush before washing; wash in a “Z” formation & condition only from mid-ends.
Heat Styling
After applying proper heat protectant, it is safe to use thermaltools on your extensions.
Coloring
DO NOT color your BELLAMI extensions at home! Always consult your certified stylist before applying any color, even professional grade.

Our team works within a tiered pricing system, with rates that reflect each stylist or provider’s experience, advanced training, and demand. Whether you're booking with a rising artist or a seasoned expert, you can expect the same warm hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to quality—we’re proud to offer exceptional service at every level.

To ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled service. If you arrive late, your service time may need to be adjusted accordingly. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their appointment time may be asked to reschedule, so that we can continue to honor the time and care we dedicate to each guest’s visit.

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we always try to be flexible, late cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our team and small business. To support the time and preparation that goes into each appointment, a credit card is required when booking.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% fee of the reserved service total will be charged.
We genuinely appreciate when you let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another guest and support the livelihood of our service providers.
If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% fee of the scheduled service(s) will apply. This allows us to protect our service providers’ time and honor other guests waiting for openings.
As a courtesy, you’ll receive a confirmation text, call, and/or email 48 hours before your visit, and you're always welcome to manage your appointments through our personalized app—available in all App Stores.

If something isn’t quite the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase for another product of equal or greater value.
To be eligible for exchange, products must be gently used or unopened and in their original packaging. Exchanges are accepted in-store only and must be accompanied by the emailed receipt.
