Our Day Spa is a place guests return to because they trust how they feel when they leave. We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who brings both technical skill and genuine presence to their work — someone who understands that great bodywork is also nervous system care. You'll have the support of a wellness-forward team, the ability to offer spa upgrades and add-ons, and the freedom to build a loyal, thriving clientele.

Guest Experience Coordinator

The front desk at Element is the heartbeat of the guest experience — and it's also one of the best seats in the house for someone who's passionate about the beauty and wellness industry. You'll be the first and last impression our guests have, managing bookings, supporting the team, and keeping the energy of the space warm and welcoming. Many of our providers got their start right here, learning the rhythms of a busy salon and spa before stepping fully into their craft. If you're currently in cosmetology or esthetics school, building toward a provider role, or simply love being in a beauty environment — this position was made with you in mind.
