Marissa is an enthusiastic and talented stylist, joining us from MJ Murphy Beauty College, where she graduated in 2023. Through her mentorship at Element, she has refined her skills in Aveda artistry, blending advanced techniques with creativity to deliver thoughtful, personalized results for every guest.

She has a strong passion for hair color and highlighting, specializing in soft balayage, dimensional blonding, and effortlessly lived-in looks. She also enjoys performing Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments, helping guests achieve smoother, shinier, more manageable hair while maintaining its natural movement. Her goal is to create low-maintenance results that grow out beautifully and leave clients feeling confident and refreshed.

When she’s not behind the chair, Marissa is a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur who enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her friends. At home, she loves relaxing with her three cats—Ollie, Steve, and Lucie—who keep her company and bring plenty of personality to her everyday life.
