Lauren was trained at the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage and received her massage therapy license in 2024.

Her training included several modalities such as Swedish, trigger point, INIT, myofascial, prenatal massage, and reflexology. She also earned a certificate in myofascial cupping therapy. She has a passion for massage, and a particular interest in deep tissue work. Soothing the muscles and calming the minds of her clients is her top priority.

Outside of work, she finds joy in drawing, spending time with her two cats, and practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu
