Ashley Burkey graduated with honors from Douglas J Aveda Institute of East Lansing in November 2019, and started her career at Element Salon & Day Spa in January 2020.

Since graduation. Ashley obtained a certification through completing a nail technician apprenticeship, becoming a licensed nail technician. She has used Aveda products for years, and loves to represent the brand through her services.

Ashley’s motivation is derived from boosting her guest’s self esteem through her services, as well as providing a pampering escape from everyday life.

Outside of Element, Ashley enjoys camping, spending time with family and friends, and road trips!
